By accessing and using The Chapter Hub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
1. Digital Content License
When you purchase a story or chapter ("Content"), The Chapter Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
- You may not redistribute, sell, broadcast, rent, or share the Content.
- You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Content.
- You may not attempt to bypass our digital rights management (DRM) systems.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
4. Payments & Refunds
All sales of digital content are final. Because digital goods cannot be "returned," we generally do not offer refunds once content has been accessed.
However, technical exceptions (e.g., duplicate charges, corrupted files) will be reviewed by our management team. Please use the Support Ticket system for assistance.
5. Termination
We terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
